Design and starting prices
Published package rates provide a starting price for the selected build and area. Starting prices are based on your selected package, area and foundation. Final specifications, site work, other upgrades and applicable taxes are confirmed in your written quote. The Backlot is based on the founder’s actual build; its featured image has digitally finished details and landscaping. Modern and Barn imagery and designer illustrations are concepts. The designer validates catalog selections and opening placement; it does not provide engineered plans or municipal approval.
Requests and accepted orders
A design or project idea can be submitted as an inquiry without payment. A binding live order requires the approved scope, applicable agreement and notices, accepted price, valid signing workflow and payment terms. Test signing and simulated payments create development records only and do not purchase construction.
Scope and scheduling
Shed builds have an unfinished interior. Full builds include a finished interior. Includes electrical with four recessed lights, insulation, smooth-finish drywall, primer and paint, trim, baseboards and flooring. Final material selections and the electrical connection to your property are confirmed in your written scope. Plumbing, heating and cooling are not included in the published package scope. Intended use and local requirements are reviewed for each project; selecting a full build does not establish residential approval. Site work and changes to the agreed scope are confirmed in writing. Payment does not establish a construction date: required approvals, site readiness and crew capacity must be confirmed.
Your project agreement
Your final project agreement identifies the business, construction scope, applicable disclosures, payment terms and scheduling prerequisites. Website selections and starting prices do not replace that agreement.
