Explore backyard offices

Base package prices include the standard foundation. The concrete foundation upgrade adds a flat $5,000 to the starting price, regardless of shed or porch area.

Starting prices are based on your selected package, area and foundation. Final specifications, site work, other upgrades and applicable taxes are confirmed in your written quote. Electrical connection and final interior materials are reviewed for your property. The porch does not add enclosed floor space.

    The way into your backyard

    Note narrow gates, steps, slope, existing paving or anything to remove. We review the route for materials and construction on site.

    The details, agreed together

    Site preparation, foundations, travel, utility connections and local requirements are confirmed in your written scope and quote.

A mailing city may differ from the permitting authority. Setbacks, height, easements, utilities and intended use need property-specific review; a small shed is not automatically exempt from all approvals.

The quality starts

Our founder’s 12′ × 10′ Backlot brings together 2×6 pressure-treated floor framing, a ¾″ tongue-and-groove subfloor, LP SmartSide lap siding and architectural shingles. Its 8-foot walls and vaulted ceiling shape a space with room for more than storage.

See the reference construction, then choose the layout, exterior and finish package for your own build. The final assembly is reviewed for your selected design and site.
