  • Map a clear center aisle with shelving along one side.
  • Measure roof projections when considering a square corner of the property.

The wider face creates room for more opening arrangements, but every door and window still needs clearance from corners and other openings.

Base package prices include the standard foundation. The concrete foundation upgrade adds a flat $5,000 to the starting price, regardless of shed or porch area.

Starting prices are based on your selected package, area and foundation. Final specifications, site work, other upgrades and applicable taxes are confirmed in your written quote.

Porch rates apply to the enclosed exterior footprint plus the porch area. Examples include the Backlot’s 5′ × 3′ porch; it is optional and separate from the enclosed floor space.
